Our Return Promise

We offer 15-day returns from the date of delivery for most items (see exceptions below). All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation

Fashion Tip: Try on swimsuits and lingerie over your own undergarments to maintain hygiene – these items can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Specify whether you’d like a refund or exchange (for size/color)
  3. Wait for our fashion-forward support team to email you a prepaid return label (US customers) or return instructions (international)
  4. Package your item securely and attach the return label
  5. Drop off at any DHL/FedEx location (standard returns) or follow provided instructions

Return Shipping Costs

  • US Customers: Free returns with our prepaid label
  • International Customers: Customer pays return shipping (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
  • Exchanges: We cover shipping for your replacement item

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Note: Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:
